Anastassia Fine Art does not accept returns, exchanges nor provide warranties on original work – all sales are final.
Damages
Anastassia Fine Art is not liable for damages caused by the shipper or customer. Please inspect the product upon receipt and contact Anastassia Fine Art via the contact form if you received a damaged product to see if a resolution can be offered. Ensure to take pictures of the package PIOR to opening (if you see external damage).
Refunds are not offered on art simply due to “change of mind” or natural process of ageing.
